The root cause has been identified and an interim fix has been put in place to return the service to normal operating conditions. We are working on a long term mitigation for this fix and will work to improve going into the future. Response times should begin to return to normal as of now.
We have identified a potential fix and are working to implement the fix in production after quality testing.
The problem has continued and many services are now taking exceptionally long to respond. We are working diligently to resolve the issue. During this time, some parts of Poll Everywhere may not load or may respond slowly.
We have noticed an increase in page load times across our service, as well as a delay processing some customer poll creation and response events. We are working to resolve the issue and will update when the process has been completed.
