We've resolved the issue preventing participants from voting on competitions presented in PowerPoint on Windows 7. You can present competitions normally, and participants can vote when the question choices are displayed.

We are investigating a system failure where some actions including deleting polls and SMS response processing are delayed. We will update you by 11 PDT on the system status and resolution progress.

Competition questions presented using Windows 7 within PowerPoint are not allowing participants to vote.

A workaround is to insert a blank slide in between the question introduction and the voting slides.

This temporary workaround allows participants to vote on questions.

We will update this status page as we learn more.

The issue with inserting and presenting activities in Google Slides has been resolved. All customers can now present using Poll Everywhere for Google Slides extension. We are taking steps to prevent this issue from arising in the future. The issue lasted from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Pacific Time).

We are continuing to investigate an issue with presenting polls from Google Slides. We have identified a workaround to the ongoing issue with our Google Slides integration.

Instead of clicking "Present" to present a slide deck with a poll, alter the URL to change it from "edit" to "present". For example, while editing a deck you will have a URL like

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/edit#slide=id.more_letters

To present, change this to

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/present#slide=id.more_letters.

We will update this page when we have a more complete resolution to this issue.
