The issue with our primary site has now been resolved. All pages at polleverywhere.com can now be loaded without error. The issue lasted for approximately 15 minutes and is believed to have impacted fewer than 0.05% of site requests.

The issue with advancing polls in fullscreen mode in a web browser is now resolved. The issue was first discovered at approximately 12:30 pm PST and service was fully restored at approximately 1:45 pm PST. During this period, some users may have been forced out of full screen mode when attempting to advance to new poll.

We are currently working to restore full functionality to the advance functionality in full screen mode in web browsers. Presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides remain unaffected. An update will be provided again at 1:45 pm PST.

The issue was due to a failure of one of our caching servers. The system automatically rolled over to our backup and most things kept going without a hitch. However, between 11:16 am PST to 11:19 am PST, some users may have experienced problems with poll activation and responding to polls. Also from 11:16 am PST to 11:44 am PST, some users may have seen inaccurate reporting of the aggregate number of responses.
